Track all your production statistics and expenses in one system. Industry-specific business logic and functionality for managing different animal types can be incorporated into AgriSoft|AIM using industry statistical data.

LIVE INVENTORY
Track all your production expense by groups of animals such as feed, fuel, medication, utilities, housing and labor cost. Configure the system to automatically calculate expenses or import from other AgriSoft|ERP.
FEED MANAGEMENT
Know what your feed requirements are going to be tomorrow, next week or next month. AgriSoft|AIM takes the hassle of calculating individual feed deliveries for an entire operation. Automatically adjust feed requirements for changing populations, consumption, feed formulas, and mill capacities with the ability to manually override as needed. Create your own consumption tables, feed schedules, and feed profiles where you can track the sequence of feed and withdrawal times. When sudden changes occur (change in weather, animal health, etc.), you can easily make global modifications to your System Tables through our Adjustment Tables. Minimize the occurrences of sending out too much feed and virtually eliminate feed outages.
FEED MILL INTERFACE
Interface for feed mills’ computerized batching systems. Send feed requirements electronically to the feed mill. Receive actual feed delivery information from the feed mill. No need to manually re-enter information from one system into the other.
REPORTS
Real time graphs available for all user definable management measurements. Detailed and consolidated reports from multiple sites and groups for settlement, analysis or planning purposes. System canned reports have user selectable options that can be stored for quick processing. Any system report can be modified by a user in the system’s built-in report generator. In addition, AgriSoft|AIM provides a report designer that can be used to modify any report or can be used to create a completely custom report. Access custom reports from the AIM custom report menu. Export directly to Word, Excel, PDF or simple text formats.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Organize physical facilities for increased security management tracking, and reporting. AgriSoft|AIM will increase accuracy and allow deeper insight into your organization. View what is happening at every level, from your companies to an individual farm or house. Facility Management organizes your business, giving you visibility to operational performance across companies, divisions, and farms, allowing you to make decisions that will improve your bottom line.
ACCOUNTING INTERFACE
Integrate with your General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory and Payroll. No need to enter the same information twice, because information can flow both directions between AgriSoft|AIM and the AgriSoft|ERP Accounting System. It can also be expanded to interface with other accounting systems.
